Today’s swim had its challenges, but it also bought incredible inspiration for me. I am filled with gratitude in even being able to do this! What a week this was! I had the absolute pleasure of swimming up and joining Portland Marina's Eco Portland Week! It's so important to care what goes down our drains, in to our bins and understanding what we do has a direct impact on the health of the land, seas, all life including our own. This means positive choices too! We did eco mermaid makeovers, mermaid story time, swim with a mermaid, talks from the wonderful Roy from Clean Jurassic Coast, swim from the brilliant Oly Rush from Project Planet and Ben Hooper from Swim The Big Blue 2. live music on an amazing ship and lots of other fun activities.
